These sources are excerpts from a Google Forms assessment framework used by the GPE/African Union Knowledge Exchange (KIX) Africa 19 Hub to evaluate the capabilities of countries' Education Management Information Systems (EMIS) against established norms and standards. The main goal of this framework is to benchmark and advocate for best practices in producing relevant, accurate, timely, and comprehensive education statistics.
