Transport Arrangements:
Arrival: Ask for directions to the hotel bus terminal at OR Tambo International Airport to catch the hotel shuttle. All hotels on the provided list of hotels offer free shuttles from the airport but confirm directly with them if this is your choice not to stay in the conference hotel. The Southern Sun O.R. Tambo Airport, the conference hotel offers a free, 24/7 shuttle service; during peak daytime hours (around 6 AM to 11 PM), it runs frequently (often every 15 minutes), while overnight (11 PM to 6 AM), it shifts to a 30-minute frequency or operates on request, so always check at the hotel or with signage at the airport's shuttle terminal.
Departure: Hotel shuttles will pick participants up approximately three hours before flight departure.

Visa. Participants should apply for a visa at the South African embassy in their country. If there is no embassy, an online application is available via: https://ehome.dha.gov.za/epermit/home. You might pay around $56 for an e-Visa with standard processing but please check as this varies according to nationality. No visas are issued on arrival except for visa exempt countries such as SADC member states (except for Angola, Madagascar and DRC). Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months from your date of entry, and check the vaccination requirements for travel to South Africa. If you are a sponsored participant and want a refund please retain your receipt.
